Frequently Asked Questions

  • For how long do I have access to the courses?

    You will have access to the asynchronous materials for six months, but you are welcome to download the course workbook and PDFs to refer to after your access ends!

  • Do I need to take this course at a certain pace?

    This is a set of self-paced courses and you can go through the lessons as quickly as you'd like. You can also go back to re-watch lessons as needed. However, to keep up with the cohort, you'll want to aim to finish one course per week, starting the week of July 7. Each course is approximately one hour of work time (including completing course activities such as reading, responding to discussion board prompts).

  • Can I get PD credit for this course?

    After completing each course (all lessons, including any discussion posts and assignments), you will be able to download a 1-hour certificate of completion. (Total of six 1-hour certificates for this bundle!) Since every state and district has different requirements for PD credit, this certificate does NOT guarantee that you will be granted credit by your district or state.

    We are a TEA approved CPE provider for Texas. After completing all six courses, you will also have the opportunity to receive a micro-credential from Credentials Unlimited.

  • What is the refund policy?

    Due to the digital nature of this product, we are unable to offer any refunds. By making a purchase, you understand that no refunds will be made.

  • Can I keep any of the course materials forever?

    The courses includes access to materials such as a course workbook, links to outside resources (e.g., journal articles, blog posts), and additional resources such as Google documents and PDFs. Once you download/access these materials, you may keep them for as long as you'd like, even after your course access expires.
